Harmony Horizon Services creates an inclusive environment where individuals with disabilities are empowered to lead fulfilling lives in the community of their choosing. We provide Supported Community Living and Home-Based Habilitation to individuals across Iowa, serving the Intellectual Disability (ID) and Brain Injury (BI) waivers, as well as clients accessing habilitation services.
